How does my order get shipped?
We ship everything on UPS Regular Ground to anywhere within the 48 contiguous US. Shoes ship for a flat fee of $10.00 for the 1st pair, hats ship for a flat fee of $8.00 for the 1st hat, and $4.95 for each additional item. Shipping requests must be ordered by 12 noon CST for the order to be shipped the same day, otherwise it will be shipped out by the end of the next business day. An extra fee of $13.00 will be added to any orders being shipped to: AK, HI, PR and VI. We do not ship international orders at this time, except to Canada which has a flat fee of $25.00 UPS Ground for the 1st item and $4.95 for each additional item. How long does it take to receive my order?
For all in stock orders, once we receive your order, it will be processed within 48 hours. All orders received by 12 noon CST will be shipped out no later than the following non-holiday business day (orders received on Friday will be processed first thing Monday). The products will be shipped via UPS Ground to anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States within 5-7 business days. If an item should be out of stock, we will notify you via email of the delay.
