What if I ordered the incorrect size?
For web site returns only: Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, simply return the item to us within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange it for another size, color or style or issue a full refund (minus the shipping cost) using your original method of payment. The item must be in brand new, unworn condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We cannot be responsible for return items that are lost in transit. Please allow 5-7 business days, after our receipt, for all exchanges or refunds to be fully processed.
How do I return shoes or other merchandise?
It is our recommendation that you send your return package using UPS or Insured US Postal mail. This allows you to track and ensure prompt delivery ofyour package. We are sorry, shipping and handling fees are NON REFUNDABLE. Terrysmensworld.com will not accept any shoes that were NOT purchased online from our website. Items purchased at the retail location should be returned there for any exchanges, refunds, or returns.
